I've been working on boats for 20 years, and for most of that time I've done it mobile — at docks, marinas, ramps, and driveways across Central Florida. Nichols Mobile Marine is 100% mobile on purpose: no shop means no overhead for a building, no hauling your boat across town, and no waiting weeks for a service bay to open up.

When you call (352) 552-0825, you get me. When the truck pulls up, it's me. The person who diagnoses your boat is the person who fixes it — and the person who answers if something isn't right afterward.

Note: We Fix Boats is my separate brand for Florida's east coast (St. Augustine to Merritt Island). This site — Nichols Mobile Marine — is the Lake County and Central Florida operation.

What I believe

Diagnose before you spend.
Guessing is the most expensive repair there is. I find the actual problem first, tell you what it'll cost, and don't start until you say go.
Parts at cost.
Labor is $150/hr. Parts are what I pay for them — no markup games, no mystery line items.
Straight answers.
If I can't fix it, or if fixing it isn't worth it, I'll tell you. If I'm booked out, I'll tell you that too.
