Won't start, runs rough, alarm going off, trim stuck — whatever it's doing, describe it. Photos by text help a lot.

What engine is it?

Make, model, horsepower, and year if you know them. The engine serial number helps too (it's on the transom bracket or the block).

Where's the boat?

Dock, marina, ramp, or driveway — address or marina name so I can plan the trip.
